Accessing Device Manager in Windows 10 – 2 Methods Method 1: Through File Explorer
Open File Explorer (press Windows + E).
In the left-hand panel, right-click on This PC.
Select Properties from the menu.
In the Settings window that appears, type Device Manager into the search bar.

Open File Explorer.
